Also known as contract-to-hire, TMG’s temp-to-hire staffing services are treated the same as direct-hire practice, as we focus on top-end talent that just happen to be available. TMG does not carry a bench of candidates, because the best candidates are out there working. TMG will take care of all the on-boarding and HR work, payments, taxes, insurance and employment issues, so our clients and contractors can focus on their projects. Typical contract-to-hire terms are 3-months.
TMG’s temporary staffing services focus on discovering strong candidates that are coming off other contracts or simply just seeking their next opportunity. TMG treats its staffing services similar to its direct-hire practice – finding the top talent for our clients. Typical durations for temporary contract employment are 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
